Human resource management in public service
The goal of the course is to provide participants with advanced knowledge of the human resource management system and regulatory legal norms in the public service, as well as to develop their skills in application in practice.

The course includes:
• Review of the Law of Georgia on Civil Service and the norms of the relevant regulatory normative acts;
• Review of the current regulations on labor relations with LEPLs (Labor Code of Georgia, Law of Georgia on Public Service);
• Group work;
• Role-playing games;
• Any person employed or / seeking employment in public institutions (ministries, LEPLs, sub-institutions, other public institutions);
