Values and ethics for senior and middle managers in public service
The goal of this course is to enable the manager, on the one hand, to understand the role of values and importance in public service, and on the other hand, to base the decision or action taken in daily activities on principles or values that are important for public service. In addition, creating a work environment that is focused on team development, ensures objective and impartial decision-making, maintains proper communication with employees and colleagues, as well as ensures conflict-free collegial work processes.
